EL PLATO FUERTE LLENADOR:

1.MUSLOS DE POLLO ENTOMATADOS 

INGREDIENTES

PARA 4 PERSONAS

  •  4 Muslos de pollo , sin piel
  •  1 Cebolla , en cubos medianos
  •  2 Dientes de ajo , picados
  •  500 g Tomates verde, en cubos medianos
  •  4 Chiles chipotle de lata, picados o enteros
  •  1 pizca Comino molido
  •  1 cucharada Azúcar
  •  2 cucharadas Aceite
  •  Sal y pimienta al gusto
  •  Tortilla de Maíz al gusto
  •  Arroz blanco o rojo al gusto

PROCEDIMIENTO

  • CALIENTA el aceite y dora los muslos por ambos lados. Salpimienta.
  • RETIRA cuando estén dorados y reserva
  • ACITRONA la cebolla y el ajo. Añade el tomate y cocina por 5 minutos.
  • AGREGA los chiles chipotles, el azúcar y el comino. Mezcla y cocina por 5 minutos más.
  • ACOMODA los muslos de pollo y vierte agua o caldo de pollo.
  • TAPA y cocina por 40 minutos.
  • SIRVE y acompaña con arroz y tortillas.
